I prefer it neet! Some people say, make it with cheap Gin. We
Sweet Cheeks
make it with Gordon is and it tastes much better!

The classic is

''THE SLOE GIN FIZZ''

1 1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
3 oz. Lemon Juice
Club Soda or Sparkling Water

Combine sloe gin lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice, shake, pour into
a highball glass filled with ice & fill with club soda or sparkling water.

OR (as we used to do)

Get some CHEAP HEAVY rocks glasses (5 or 6 ounce are perfect). Put the
(above) in, over ice, adding the club soda last.

Put ur hand (or a coaster if you have small hands), lift & thump firmly
(don't be an idiot with this bit) on a bar towel, & shoot the whole thing
down before the fizzing subsides. Burp loudly.

Do not blame me if you suffer my fate, however! (Although it has made me
older, and, doubtless, wiser.)

Best wishes!
